The recruitment process for teaching staff in KGBVs
The Samagra Shiksha invites online applications from eligible women candidates for filling up of 1358 vacant posts of teaching staff in all the KGBVs across the state. The posts include Principal, Post Graduate Teachers (PGT), Contract Residential Teachers (CRT) and Physical Education Teachers (PET). The recruitment is done on a contractual basis for a period of one year or till regular recruitment is made, whichever is earlier.

Timeline and selection procedure
The candidates who are interested and eligible can apply online through the official website apkgbv.apcfss.in from May 30, 2023 to June 05, 2023. The candidates have to pay the application fee through online mode only using debit card/credit card/net banking etc. The candidates have to upload their scanned copies of photograph, signature and relevant documents while applying online.
The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of merit list prepared by the State Office at the ratio of 1:3 for each post. The merit list will be based on the academic qualifications, professional qualifications and experience of the candidates as per the weightage given below:
