Method

  • Add the onions and green chilies and fry until golden brown.



  • Add the ginger garlic paste and fry until the raw smell goes away.



  • Add the tomatoes or tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.



  • Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and venkys chicken masala and mix well.



  • Add the chicken keema and stir to combine with the masala. Break any lumps with a spatula.



  • Cover the pan with a lid and cook on low-medium heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add some water if the keema looks too dry.



  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
